Peluang Bisnis Makanan Kentang Goreng Spiral (Twist Potato)
ByTahun lalu, saya pernah mengunjungi sebuah pameran di Jakarta. Tepatnya di PRJ kemayoran. Biasa, dalam setiap pameran apapun, selalu ada stand makanan yang menyediakan aneka hidangan bagi pengunjung. Ada yang menarik diantara beberapa stand makanan yang ada. Stand ini dikerumuni banyak orang, tua dan muda. Saya pun penasaran ada apa gerangan ? Akhirnya saya dan istri menghampiri stand itu. Dan ternyata…. Itu stand kentang goreng
Tapi jangan salah sangka dulu, ini bukan stand kentang goreng biasa (french fries). Sama-sama digorengnya, tapi bentuknya itu lho yang menarik, SPIRAL
Ini dia gambar kentang goreng spiral, atau yang biasa disebut dengan twist potato (spring potato)
Bentuknya seperti sate. Cara membuatnya ternyata mudah. Kentang yang sudah dicuci, diiris dulu dengan alat khusus pengiris kentang (twist potato slicer). Lalu kentang ditusuk dengan tusukan kayak sate. dan selanjutnya di beri tepung. lalu digoreng dengan deep fryer. Setelah digoreng, kentang diberi bumbu tabur atau sambal. Dan kentang goreng twist potato siap dinikmati
Di pondok Indah Jakarta, satu tusuk twist potato dihargai 10-15 ribu rupiah. lumayan kan ?. Bisa dibayangkan untungnya berapa ?
